Chicken veg manchi balls

Method
  1. Take all purpose four in a bowl, add chicken, vegetables, salt and soda bicarb.mix it well.
  2. Then add water and make balls.
  3. Fry the balls and keep it aside.
  4. For soup: take oil in pan, add garlic, ginger, green chillis, chilli flakes and oregano, stir well.
  5. Add vegetables and salt, stir for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Take corn flour in a small bowl add water mix it well and add in the pan.
  7. Add sauces , ajino moto and vinegar.
  8. Cook for 4-5 minutes. add balls and cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onion. serve hot.
Ingredients: 
For manchurian balls:
250 gm boneless boiled chicken (small pieces)
1/4 cup chopped cabbage
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped boil mutter
1/4 cup chopped boil carrot
1 - 1/2 cup all purpose flour (maida)
1/2 tbsp salt
1 pinch soda bicarb
Oil for frying
Water as per need for making ball
For soup: 
2 tsp oil
1 bowl chopped vegetables (cabbage, capsicum, onion, boiled mutter, boiled carrot)
1/2 tbsp fine chopped garlic
1/2 tbsp fine chopped ginger
1/2 tbsp fine chopped green chillies
1/4 tbsp chilli flakes
1/4 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp salt
As per taste chilli sauce
2 tsp soya sauce
1/4 tbsp vinegar
3 tsp cornflour
1 tsp ajinomoto
3 cup of water
For garnishing: 
1/2 cup chopped coriender leaves
1/2 cup chopped spring onion (without head)
